California Barn & Studio are multifunctional. Ideal as a large comfortable self catering property for family events & holidays in a beautiful location. The 2 properties provide opportunies for other uses such as groups participating in specfic activities & for corporate use. Activity Holidays held on site include art holidays, therapy groups, religious & meditative observation, historical & wildlife research, yoga & physical wellbeing, music, literary & performance activities.

The cultural, historical & ecological heritage of the purbeck area is ideal for a wide variety of visitors to discover & be inspired by. The onsite campsite allows for extra visitor accommodation vshould it be required. The properties are ideal for group accommodation for activities organised elsewhere in the swanage area ie - the various festivals, Steam Railway events, Durlston Country Park & National Trust workshops & conservation volunteers

Conferences

The Studio provides excellent space for small corporate events in the conjuntion with accommadation in the barn. The large functions can seat 20 people comfortably in the round, 20-40 people for seated presentations.

The tranquil location overlooking meadows with seaviews to the isle of wight provide a quiet and calm enviroment with little distraction. A small kitchen provides facilities for basic refreshments. Full Catering for visiting groups can be provided if pre-booked.
